Main house (3 BR/3 Bath) is available for summer seasonal rental.

Summer Weekly Rental: Main house: $3,300-3,600 --- Monthly and seasonal rental also available. Please contact us regarding availability, exact rates and to arrange a showing of the house.

Weekly Rental: A deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is required to reserve the property. The balance plus a $500 security deposit are due 1 month before the first day of the rental.

Seasonal or Monthly Rental: A deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee is required to reserve the property. Another 1/3 of the rental fee is required before the first day of the rental. The final 1/3 of the rental fee is required by the middle of the rental period. A 10% refundable security deposit is due before the first day of the rental.
