LOCATION
	West End of Provincetown in a very quiet, established neighborhood two blocks from the world-class restaurants and shops of Commercial Street, and minutes from some of Cape Cod's most splendid beaches. The house is walking distance from the Boston-Provincetown ferry dock.

BEDROOMS
	Three bedrooms in the main house. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, AC and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom suite has two rooms that have access to master bathroom..

BATHROOMS
	Three full bathrooms for each of th bedrooms. Master bedroom suite has a tiled master bath with claw foot soaking tub and walk-in steam shower. An outdoor shower is also available.

APPLIANCES
	Updated kitchen appliances, cabinets and granite kitchen countertops. Washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement.

ENTERTAINMENT
	Cable television and stereo system are provided. High speed internet is also available.

GARDEN
	Behind the house, you will find a beautiful, secluded brick patio and garden. A Weber charcoal grill and patio furniture are provided.

	Bath/Beach Towels and sheets are included.

PETS
	Pets are not allowed for weekly rentals. We would recommend KC's Animal Resort on Shankpainter Road (just blocks away from house). Pets may be allowed for seasonal rentals; please inquire about additional charges.

SMOKING
	No smoking allowed in the house.

PARKING
	The driveway has parking for 2 cars. There are also 2 parking spaces along the side of the house.
